Nature-Based Healing & Recovery in the Heart of Peace

Magic Rock Recovery is a vision in the making -- a future nature-based addiction recovery sanctuary dedicated to healing the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
As we lay the groundwork for a holistic sobriety center, our mission is rooted in connection to nature, self-reflection, and the strength that comes from structure and community.
Recovery doesn't have to happen under fluorescent lights.
We believe it can happen under the sky and stars.

We're in the early stages of building Magic Rock Recovery -- a nature-based sanctuary where people can come back to themselves through rest, structure, and connection to the land.
We're seeking sponsors and major donors who share our vision to make this sanctuary a reality. Here's what your partnership will help us achieve:
At the heart of our 35-acre campus lies a serene 3-acre pond, designed with eco-friendly biofiltration to maintain crystal-clear water. This tranquil oasis supports a thriving bass fishery and a designated swimming area, fostering recreation, relaxation, and emotional healing amidst the desert landscape of the Palm Springs area.
Inspired by the iconic Chartres Cathedral labyrinth, our 1-acre meditative path is a unicursal, 11-circuit design crafted from stone and gravel, spanning 208 feet in diameter. With 2-foot-wide paths and expansive open spaces, the ~3,600-foot journey to the center mirrors the 13th-century Chartres labyrinth's sacred geometry, symbolizing a spiritual pilgrimage. The Chartres labyrinth, built around 1215, represented the road to Jerusalem. Our labyrinth invites clients to walk mindfully, fostering inner peace and self-discovery.
Our state-of-the-art observatory features a 12.5-inch mirror, hand-ground by Carl Zambuto, renowned as the world's finest mirror maker. After 28 years in business, Zambuto officially retired from optical manufacturing in August 2025, making our telescope mirror an exceptionally rare and valuable piece of astronomical equipment. With only 21 mirrors remaining in his final production run, our Zambuto mirror represents the culmination of nearly three decades of unparalleled craftsmanship. This celestial haven allows clients to gaze at the Moon, Stars and Planets through what many consider the finest optics ever created, fostering a sense of wonder and perspective that supports emotional and spiritual healing under the clear desert skies.
Nestled within our campus, natural hot mineral water springs offer therapeutic soaking experiences. These healing waters, rich in minerals, promote physical relaxation, reduce stress, and aid in the recovery process, providing a soothing complement to our nature-based approach.
At Magic Rock Recovery, sobriety is just the beginning. While traditional treatment centers focus solely on getting clean, we prepare our clients for sustainable success by combining addiction recovery with intensive job skills training.
Our clients won't just leave sober -- they'll leave employable.
Complete certification program with hands-on experience using professional equipment. High demand in construction, manufacturing, and repair industries with starting wages of $40,000-$55,000 annually.
Practical training in social media management, basic web design, and e-commerce fundamentals. Perfect for flexible, remote work opportunities with immediate earning potential through freelancing.
Essential mechanical skills for vehicle maintenance and repair. Consistent demand across all economic conditions with clear certification pathways and strong local job market.
Our vision includes partnering with local employers who will actively recruit our graduates, ensuring the transition from recovery to financial independence is seamless. Additional programs in carpentry, electrical work, and specialized trades will be added as Magic Rock grows and expands.
Recovery without real-world skills is incomplete recovery. At Magic Rock, we build both sobriety and careers under the open sky.
We're calling in visionaries, healers, sponsors, and major donors to help us build something sacred -- a nature-based addiction recovery sanctuary where people heal in the presence of wind, sun, trees, and trust. At Magic Rock, recovery doesn't happen in isolation -- it happens outdoors, surrounded by life.
Magic Rock Recovery is a vision powered by the support of committed sponsors and major donors. Without external investors or corporate backing, we rely on visionary individuals, organizations, and philanthropists to bring this nature-based sanctuary to life.
Your significant sponsorship will help us purchase a 35-acre parcel, construct sacred and safe infrastructure, and provide professional care to those seeking transformation. As a major donor, your partnership will leave a lasting legacy in the lives of countless individuals.
